Position title
Accountant, Office Helper
Responsibilities

Accountant:

Prepare and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

Update accounts receivable & payable, perform reconciliations & prepare invoices & enter in ERP's.

Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports to management

Assist auditors in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings

Office clerk:

Maintain office files and records so keep them updated

Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, cheques etc.

Monitor stocks of  supplies and report when there are shortages

Qualifications

Accountant: M.Com / B.Com/ M.B.A Finance

Office Helper: Any Degree

Experience

Accountant: 3-5 years experience as accountant

Office Helper: Fresher / Experienced

Skills

Accountant:

Skilled in Tally ERP9 or relevant accounting software's

Office Helper:

Working knowledge of office devices (like computers & printers etc.) with good typing skills.
