Understanding the customer requirement accurately
Helping customer find suitable profiles keeping in mind their requirements.
Delivering quality service to paid members and working closely to maintain a good rapport with them
Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members and creating success stories.
Managing a set portfolio of customers with robust follow up
Converting prospects into Sales (Renewals/Referrals etc.)
Field Executive:
Need to meet the clients and explain the services of the company.
Collect bio-data and arrange meetings.
Follow up the customers till they get satisfied with the service.
