Generate new customer enquiries through different social media platforms & online/ offline sources
Receptionist:
Greet customers and visitors with a positive attitude.
Handling with a variety of administrative tasks including maintaining visitor logs, answering phone calls, assisting colleagues, preparing meetings etc.
Assisting customers in selecting the right products and services.
Maintain accounts receivables, payables and issue bills/invoices.
Update the transaction details in Tally and report them to auditors and management in timely manner
