Sales Executive:
Ensure achievement of the monthly, quarterly and annual sales target of the Counter through teamwork
Provide proper explanation to the customer about the vehicles during their visit to the counter clarify all their queries, understand their requirement and recommend appropriate vehicles to them.
Negotiate with the customers for the sale of the vehicle, keeping in view the approved sale price and permissible discounts which can be extended to the customers.
Provide financing service for Outside Vehicle (OSV) – like new vehicle finance, own vehicle finance, refinance, etc., and complete the filing process online and complete the transaction.
Collection Executive:
Responsible for monthly collections from the assigned accounts in the specified area/line.
Comply with the Organization’s Credit Policy, terms, limits, penalties etc., in the
Implementmanagement’s strategies to increase the number of successful collections on outstanding debt/EMIs from the customers.
Initiate reconciliation discussion with defaulting customers for loan period extensions or refinancing, or vehicle seizures , to minimize the organization’s potential loss of income.
Sales Executive: Degree / Intermediate / I.T.I / Diploma
Collection Executive: Degree / Intermediate / I.T.I / Diploma
Sales Executive: 0 - 3 years in any sales. (Two-wheeler sales preferred)
Collection Executive: 1 - 4 years in field collection / recovery.
Sales Executive:
Passion for the automobile industry, with knowledge of two-wheeler specifications and trends.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Collection Executive:
Good understanding of two-wheeler financing products and recovery processes.
Ability to handle customers in any circumstances and work in line with company standards.
