Center Director:
Establish and promote high standards and expectations for all children and staff for academic performance
Communicate regularly with parents, seeking their support and advice, so as to create a cooperative relationship.
To oversee effective administration of fee collection.
Organize promotional campaigns in the surroundings to create awareness about the academic program offered by the school and convert the actual enquiries into final admissions.
Perform any duties that are within the scope of employment as assigned by the management.
Pre- Primary Teacher:
Educating children about fundamental concepts, such as colors, letters, numbers, and shapes.
Encouraging social interactions between children and improving their self-esteem.
Engaging in creative methods of learning, such as arts and crafts, supervised play, and storytelling.
Monitoring free time on the playground etc.
Center Director: Post Graduation in administration or relevant is preferred.
Pre- Primary Teacher: Graduation
Center Director: 03 - 06 years in any administration roles. (Schools related experienced will be preferred)
Pre- Primary Teacher: 0 - 2 years in teaching
Center Director:
Good communicator, analytical thinker, be adaptable in nature
Pre- Primary Teacher:
Ability to communicate with young children at their level.
Good mediation and nurturing abilities.
