Planning the menu and implement a South Indian menu, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner items.
Prepare and cook a wide range of South Indian dishes such as, curries veg and non-veg, sambar, rasam, and chutneys in authentic flavor.
Prepare ingredients for cooking including chopping & peeling vegetables & meat etc. and cook food and check food while cooking to stir or turn.
Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
Receiving feedback from management and making improvements where necessary.
Qualification is not a criteria for a right candidate
(Hotel management degree is an added advantage)
Min. 4 years experience in reputated organizations.
Expertise in preparing South Indian and Chinese dishes.
Knowledge of ingredient selection and flavor combinations specific to South Indian cuisine and continental as well.
