Manage insurance sales goal achievement through recruiting agents.
Promote & motivate agents for career progression program to make them join the organization.
Training and developing the agents team on commission / incentive basis.
Conduct weekly performance review (PRP) with agents & update in sales management system.
Promote agents team to use the agent portal & CRM for managing their customer & cross selling them for different products
Supervise the activity plan of all agents to ensure that these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels.
Min. Graduation
1 - 2 years
(If candidate have insurance experience, 1 year is preferred and if any other retail marketing / sales experience min. 2 years experience is required.)
Candidate should be well networked in the local area and have an understanding of the local market, and proven track records
Maturity and high Confidence levels with good communication.
Entrepreneurial minded and commercial focus
Should have stable past career employment history and co-ordinate with team & drive for results.
