Back Office Executive:
Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy in Excel.
Record and track inventory (stock) levels, using Excel to generate detailed reports.
Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, using Tally ERP software.
Prepare financial statements, sales reports, and other documents as required in Excel.
Conduct regular bank and ledger reconciliations using Tally.
Helper:
Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery trucks and containers.
Move, stack, and arrange products in designated storage areas.
Assist in packing goods, labeling packages, and preparing them for dispatch.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by sweeping, disposing of trash, and maintaining order.
Back Office Executive: B.Com / M.Com in Computers is preferred
Helper: SSC / Intermediate
Back Office Executive: Fresher / Experienced
