Tele Counselor:
1. Candidate will be calling & counselling the students/parents and follow up for the students/parents for admission in the professional courses.
2. Guiding and counselling the students/parents through Phone, sms, e-mails, whatsapp and chatting.
3. The candidate will have to counsel and advise the students/parents with converting the actual queries into final admission.
Admin Manager:
Identifying targeted colleges and universities
Approach the college / university management about the admissions
Maintaining good rapport with the HOD's and college management
Co-ordinating with the tele calling team for business operations
Timely reporting to the management on admission status.
Tele Counselor: B.tech, M.B.A or relevant
Admin Manager: Any graduate
Tele Counselor: 0-2 years experience in cold calling
Admin Manager: Fresher/ Experienced
Tele Counselor:
Should be confident to convert the actual queries into final admission.
Candidate should have good presentation, client facing, counselling skills and Pleasing and convincing personality.
Candidate should have a positive attitude & Excellent Communication skill (English and Hindi, written and spoken).
Admin Manager:
Proficiency in English and must speak in Tamil and Telugu
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to travel when necessary
