Field Service Engineer:
Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and develop preventative maintenance measures.
Perform maintenance activities which includes dissembling, replacing, or repairing defective parts, rewiring or reassembling as required, troubleshooting, and certify the equipment ready for use by using specialized tools and test equipment.
Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
Service Sales Executive:
Identify potential sales leads, participate in sales opportunities such as contract renewals, and assist with promoting and implementing revenue programs.
Actively engage with the customer concerns and recommend value-added services that will help the customer run their business more efficiently.
Focus on customer needs and satisfaction, to build an long-term relationship with the customer by providing competitor strategy information to the customer as per the market trends.
Field Service Engineer: Diploma / B.Tech or B.Sc in Electrical or Electronics.
Service Sales Executive: M.B.A / Any Graduate
Field Service Engineer: Fresher or experienced.
Good Knowledge on maintenance and servicing and Laboratory equipment’s. (Capillary Sequencer, RT-PCR, Microarray, Flow Cytometer, NGS instruments etc.)
Enjoy travelling and visiting customers
Service Sales Executive:
2+ years in any service based marketing or sales. Medical equipment related experienced candidates are highly preferred
Good communication and marketing skills.
Ability to understand the concerns of the customer and a problem solver.
