Understanding the customer requirement accurately and helping the customer to find suitable service / products by keeping their requirements in mind
Delivering quality service to customers and working closely to maintain a good rapport with them
Generate new customer enquiries through different social media platforms & online/ offline sources
Sales Manager:
Elaborate and display vehicles features, specifications, and capability to meet customer requirements
Assist customer in selecting a suitable vehicle/model that suits their specifications and preference
Conduct price negotiations to strike a favorable bargain optimal for both customer and dealer
Present regular reports to management on sales activities to maximize profits
Service Manager:
Listen to customers complaints and assist in addressing their issues and resolving challenges
Assign and schedule work duties to service staff according to their skills
Supervise the operations of mechanics to ensure timely and quality repairs that meet the requirements of customers.
Monitor inventory to regulate and ensure availability of required vehicle parts
